8 Sparta Turkey Sausages¼ onion, chopped
¼ onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Radora Canola Oil
FOR THE SAUCE:
4 tomatoes
¼ onion
1 garlic clove
1 cup Vaca Blanca Cream
Nuestro Campo Ground black pepper to taste
Nuestro campo garlic salt to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
PREPARATION:
Prepare the sauce:
Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cream, adding a little of the water used to boil the tomatoes.
Pour the sauce into a pan, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until it comes to a boil.
Cook the pasta
Boil the spaghetti in salted water, drain, and set aside.
Brown the sausages:
In a pan, heat some oil and brown the sausages along with a bit of onion.
Combine everything:
Add the sauce and spaghetti to the pan, mix well, and cook for about 5 minutes to let the flavors come together.
Serve and garnish:
Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
